  3. Heart Of Sharjah: School Children can explore culture at its best at Heart of Sharjah, which is a cultural destination located in the Emirate of Sharjah. A historical preservation and restoration project that aims to revitalise the heritage district as a vibrant cultural destination by bringing to life the nations glorious past. The project includes restoring historical buildings, constructing new structures mirroring traditional Emirati architecture and adding new facilities in the area, which will add to the experience of all visitors. Heart of Sharjah tells the stories of the countrys founding ancestors and its buildings depict Sharjahs history, and it represents its social, cultural and political features and comprise all artwork that the citys ancestors left as an icon that preserves the culture of Sharjah. The Chedi Al Bait hotel is a boutique resort located in Heart of Sharjah that brings the history of the United Arab Emirates to life.
  4. Al Noor Island: To set foot within Al Noor Island is to be transported into a new world that delights the senses and inspires the imagination. The island brings nature, art and architecture together in one fascinating composition inspired by Austrian artist Andre Heller. The phenomenal lighting display stimulates your senses and invites the students into explore the exceptional art and sculpture displays. While the gracious fluttering of hundreds of butterflies transport the students to a wonderland of unimaginable colour. The secluded Literature Pavilion beckons the children, surrounding them with the quiet calmness needed to help them reflect upon wonders of life.   5. Khorfakkan Beach: A 3 km long ribbon of pristine beach and a sparkling bay, nestled at the foot of a gently sloping mountain that meets the Arabian Sea. Less than an hours drive from Sharjah city, Khorfakkan Beach is an easy day trip or weekend getaway from all emirates. This waterfront destination adds stimulating value for its visitors. A new extension is under construction to add more facilities to the beach and community.
  6. Al Heera Beach: Al Heera Beach project extends over a 3.5-kilometre stretch across the shoreline overlooking the Arabian Gulf in the Al Fisht area in Sharjah. It comprises of three clusters with 6 retail units in each, featuring 18 restaurants and cafes, a promenade, marina, sports facilities and service amenities. Al Heera Beach is the second inclusive beach project developed by Shurooq after the Khorfakkan Beach.
  7. Mleiha Archaeological Centre: The Mleiha Archaeological Centre is one of the regions most important natural history sites. An archaeological tour will take you to a 130,000-year-old site from the Palaeolithic period, where you will understand how early humans lived in Mleiha, while a short distance away, 1000cc dune buggies await the daring thrill-seekers. Mleiha Archaeological Centre offers a variety of unique, including FatBoy desert bike tours, extreme off-road adventures and horse riding. A trip to this treasured destination is a great way to gain an appreciation for Arab life and history.
