Delta School’s Educational Tour of Switzerland & Germany 2025

From Snow Peaks to Chocolate Dreams — Delta School’s Journey Through Switzerland & Germany

This October, a group of students from Delta School students packed their bags, passports, and curiosity for an unforgettable six-day educational adventure across Switzerland and Germany, organized by Scravel.

Day 1 – Welcome to Zurich!

The Delta School students landed in Zurich, a city where creative urban life blends seamlessly with nature. From its historic Old Town to the calm waters of Lake Zurich, students experienced the best of Swiss culture on their very first day.
After a relaxing dinner, everyone settled in for the night, ready to begin an unforgettable educational journey.

Day 2 — The Rhine Falls & Black Forest Experience

Europe’s largest waterfall, the Rhine Falls, left everyone amazed with its sheer power and misty beauty.

Later, students stepped into Germany’s Black Forest region to learn how the world-famous Black Forest cake is made and of course, got to taste their own creations!

Day 3 — On Top of the World: Mount Titlis

A morning journey led to the snowy heights of Mount Titlis, one of Switzerland’s most iconic peaks. Riding the world’s first rotating cable car, students rose to over 3,000 meters for a 360° view of the Alps, an experience they’ll never forget.

After a warm lunch overlooking the mountains, they continued to Lucerne, exploring its charming Old Town and lakeside bridges.

Day 4 — Swiss Heritage, FIFA Spirit & Chocolate Dreams

At the Swiss National Museum, students learned about the country’s fascinating history, art, and craftsmanship.

Next stop: the FIFA Museum, where football legends came to life through interactive displays and World Cup memorabilia.

To wrap up the day, the group visited a Swiss chocolate factory, discovering the process of bean-to-bar chocolate making and, yes, indulging in unlimited tastings!

Day 5 — Fun & Friendship at Europa Park

With hearts full of joy and cameras filled with memories, the Delta School team said goodbye to Europe, taking home not just souvenirs, but lessons in culture, geography, and global citizenship.

An Experience Beyond the Classroom

This educational tour allowed students to connect what they learn in class to real-world experiences, exploring sustainability, history, innovation, and culture in two of Europe’s most beautiful countries.
